You must be insane, have insane dreams, like insane ppl, like weird things etc...
Must send a note to the club asking to join
If you just watch the club, you are not a member
Do not ask to join on the front page
Do Not send a submission with your joining request
Once replied the club and add the club icon to your journal if you have not done so

Submitting Art

Make sure you are an Official member
must be either insane Fan Art or insane ORIGINAL art. so don't steal.
Send a note to the club with the link to your artwork
Make sure you put 'Art, Fan art' etc.
In artist comment you state that you allow your artwork to be posted
If you are planning to submit more than one at a time, send it all in ONE note
